PROFESSIONAL RIGGING REQUIRMENT
Items to large to carry, that can not be rolled out on their own wheels, or that must be cut free with a torch will require professional rigging. Buyers will be charged for the time their rigging takes and must be payed by credit card or guaranteed funds before your items leave the location. Buyer shall contact Sterling Auction Services to make removal appointment date and time as well give credit card information for rigging expense. Rigging will be done by All States Rigging of Two Rivers WI. Rigging appointments will be made for one of the pickup days Monday Sept. 28th, Tuesday Sept. 29th, and Wednesday Sept. 30th depending on items purchased.
NOTE: Outside Metal Racks will be available starting on Thursday October 1st. Professional rigging will be necessary to cut them off at the ground, cut them apart and load them. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to contract with the rigger directly for the outside metal racks.

Terms - Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Sterling Auction & Realty Services, LLC. Bidding on an item constitutes acceptance of these terms. All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Portage County, Wisconsin.
13% Buyer's fee. 5.5% sales tax for WI address. Sales tax exemption number must be included if exempt or you will be charged tax. Payment will be taken in the form of cash, company or personal check with a bank letter of guarantee, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card (4% fee for credit card use). All items that the buyer can not carry out or wheel out on machine's own wheels must be professionally rigged at expense of buyer.
Winning bidders will receive notification of items purchased by email following the close of the auction. Payment to be made at pickup. Pickup times will be Monday Sept. 28th, Tuesday Sept. 29nd, and Wednesday Sept. 30th. Largest items will only have one pickup day to be determined. Any items not picked up will be charged to your credit card along with a $500 late pick-up fee. All items will be moved outside
Items will be available for inspection on Monday Sept. 21st from 1-4 PM CST. Everything sells "as is" without warranty or guarentee.
The auction will close with a staggered close, meaning one item at a time in order. A soft close will take place on items that have been bid on during the last few minutes of the auction, extending the time on that particular item until no further bidding takes place on that item.
