Mission Style Furniture from the 1880-1930 Era.  The owner of the coffee house in central WI furnished the business with tables, chairs, morris chair, couches, etc all in mission oak style.  The building recently sold and the new owner of the business didn't buy the furniture.  Check out this collection that took years to accumulate.

Terms

Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Sterling Auction & Realty Services, LLC.  Bidding on an item constitutes acceptance of these terms.  All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Portage County, Wisconsin.

No Buyer's fee. 5.5% sales tax for WI address.  Sales tax exemption number must be included if exempt or you will be charged tax. Payment will be taken in the form of cash, good check, or credit card.   4% fee for Credit Card use.

Winning bidders will receive notification of items purchased by email following the close of the auction. Payment to be made at pickup.   Informtion on this will be provided with your invoice in the event you buy something.  Any items not picked up will be charged to your credit card along with a $100 late pick-up fee.  Any items left after 30 days become property of Sterling Auction and Realty Services, LLC.  

Items will be available for inspection on Tuesday August 26 from 3-6 PM CST N8846 Olson Rd. Iola, WI.  Everything sells "as is" without warranty or guarentee.  NOTE: Any dates listed are to reference the period of an antique item and the auction company nor the seller guarantee the authenticity.  

The auction will close with a staggered close, meaning one item at a time in order.  A soft close will take place on items that have been bid on during the last few minutes of the auction, extending the time on that particular item until no further bidding takes place on that item.
